Mark Robotham takes privacy very seriously, as we all should and for this reason both www.rasure.co.uk and www.members.co.uk use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which in simple terms means your data is secure and encrypted.  You can verify this by checking the address bar in your browser, it will display a padlock and start with https://
Members passwords are also encrypted in the database, you can change your password at anytime by logging into the member area, the same also applied to your email address. Any data submitted by you is never shared or sold to anyone else, unless legally required to do so in the event of fraud and other illegal activity. This website is hosted by a third party, a hosting company called Siteground they will have their own security measures too, so you might want to check them out to see their privacy policy, as this is out of my control.

When you purchase Rasuresphere II all financial data is handled securely by PayPal. This website does not handle or store any of your financial information such debit or credit card details. After you have made payment via PayPal an account is created for you on this websites allowing you to log in and download your purchase. Some information is passed from PayPal to this website and stored in a database, all done in a secure way.

The information below is what this website collects and stores in your account...

Full Name (this is passed from PayPal and is required for our financial records and to customise, personalise your members area)

Email Address (this is passed from PayPal and is required for our financial records and used as your username allowing you to log in and to receive any automated verification emails, such as when updating your password and/or email address)

PayPal Transaction ID (this is passed from PayPal and is required for our financial records and offers proof of purchase, allowing you to download any updates)

IP Address (this is passed via the browser and is used in the event of fraud and account sharing)

Your stored information can be seen when you log in to the members area, on the profile page. See image below.
You can update your password, which is encrypted in the database and your email address at any time by logging in and making the necessary changes. Your data is stored securely on the server for as long as your account is active. You can request via email at any time to have your data removed by deletion of your account, of course if you do this you will no longer be able to log in and download any updates or use other member services.

Data collected via the contact form is temporarily stored on the sever then comes directly to me once I have received the email, the submitted data is then removed from the server. Data collected is as follows...

If you're a member and logged in, the name and email field are automatically populated for quickness for any support issues. Your email is never sold or given to anyone unless legally required to do so in the event of fraud and other illegal activity. We may occasionally send news and updates to members only, you can opt out if you wish, but you can`t opt out of automated emails such as when verification of email or a password change is required on your account as these are necessary in order to keep your account secure.

Like most websites this website uses log files which track visitor and member usage across the site. This information can include your IP address, your browsers make and version, which pages you visit etc. All log files and information contained therein the are purely for statistics and can help to analyse problems with the website, they are also used to monitor any suspicious illegal activity. Information contained in log files are not sold or given to anyone else, unless legally required to do so in the event of fraud and other illegal activity.
